Jake leads YoungTech with a mission to connect Seattle’s brightest minds. With experience at Deel and Techstars, he’s supported 80+ startups. Recognized as an Inno Under 25 honoree, he’s passionate about building community-driven innovation.
Michaela
Marketing & Operations
Michaela drives operations and strategy at YoungTech. With roles at Microsoft and Amazon, she specializes in AI, marketing automation, and product management. Her leadership strengthens YoungTech’s mission to foster innovation and growth in Seattle’s tech ecosystem.
Rish
Strategy & Finance
Rishab, a Strategy Analyst at Accenture, brings expertise in finance and data analytics. A UW Foster alum, he has experience at Blue Origin and Principal Financial Group. At YoungTech, he supports fundraising and is passionate about all things DeepTech.

Why was YoungTech created?
YoungTech was founded to build a thriving community for tech professionals in Seattle. We host events such as fireside chats, panels, VC collaborations, networking mixers, casual summer kickbacks, and larger summits to foster learning, connections, and opportunities within Seattle.
